We replaced our dot-matrix printer with a thermal Datamax E series printer. Since that time we have been unable to figure out the right CPI/LPI to get the canned-text labels clear to the right. We have a huge space on the right side of the label and the label hangs off the left side on some. We had to adjust NPR drug labels in the NPR to work correctly. We don't have that option with the canned text. (That I know of!) Any ideas?
