Hi, We are testing Magic ITS version 5.5 and one of the issues we've come across is that when our transcriptionists connect to Meditech through a citrix connection so they can work from home, they are crashing when they arrow into a report in ITS to launch the Meditor. Has anyone seen this problem before? It seems to be an issue on Thin Clients as well. So far Meditech has been unable to find the route of the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
