That is the same way we have it.  We don't have a custom, but just had a
custom placed in PCI to launch to our document imaging system.  I am
sure it would be very similiar if you wanted to launch to PACS.

                Do you want to link to the order that has an image
associated to it, or acutally have a data source that launches PCI?  If
you want a data source that launches directly to PCI, that would be a
custom.
