We use it extensively....LOVE it!!! We have the nurses document directly from VFS...one stop shopping.
Iatric Support is the best in the business.... all other vendors should take a page from their book. Pro: Gives a complete picture of what is happening with the patient without having to go into and out of Meditech screens. Much more comprehensive view of the patient. Completely customizable to work for your facility. Cons: Compile time is something the staff always complain about but in reality it isn't as long as they think it is... Cant see pieces of the care plan that are not on the VFS...so staff still have to go into Process Interventions at least once during their shift. Cant add interventions from VFS..must do that via Process interventions.
