I work at a C/S 5.5 Meditech facility and am in the process of
building the PCS module.
I'm wondering what other people use as their daily physical
shift assessment - do you use the same assessment form that you use for
admission or have you created a whole new assessment? I would
appreciate any screen shots that you would be able to share. Thanks in
advance.
