The attached reports send the DD notice to MOX for employees and SMTP (e-mail) for other vendors. The resend version of the report is used when someone requires a new copy of their notice. (or for testing new message content)
Note: When we started our ISP thought we were spamming the internet due to the volume of messages going out. We also had a vender's ISP blacklist our domain name because our content triggered some spam filter. A couple of phone calls cleared it all up.
