Hi all,

We use Forward Advantage for faxing reports. Recently (today) we
implemented their email module, and have that up and running. One
caveat, of course, that we didn't think about before purchasing this is
email encryption. Does anybody else use FA with the email module, and
if so, how are you dealing with encryption? There are encryption
options that work when the end user is able to authenticate, but the
situation we are looking at might not allow for that option:

The situation that prompted us to purchase this product is that the
physician's office receives reports via an Internet-based faxing
solution (Fax Micro) that isn't playing well with Forward Advantage
(takes too long for ACKs). The way that system works is that when Fax
Micro's fax servers receive a fax, they create a PDF and forward that to
a designated email address. In this physician's case, it apparently
goes directly into their EMR - without a user's input.

Any assistance and insight would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
