Arg.  Now I wish I had waited to turn in my entry-- I converted all black to 
dark grey, and used dark grey in a place where light would have been better.  
But hopefully the winning entrant will have the opportunity to make 
improvements.

Okay, I played it safe and stayed out of the zone.  It would be nice if either 
the zone could be reduced and/or the restrictions were modified to explain 
where and what liberties can be taken.  Otherwise, why have a spec that demands 
such limits?  ;)

Not tryign to be simply pedantic, just trying to avoid confusion which will 
result as the community gets more involved with logo use.  I think what we need 
are clear explanations of when the zone MUST be kept clear versus when we can 
take those liberties.
