I asked and apparently they are meant to be CC-by-sa. The LF will make
this more clear in the website.

I was not thinking about putting up the whole sessions (we can just
provide links for that). The idea would require some extra work, with
extra benefits: find an interesting session (out of the obvious choices
e.g. plenary sessions), get the interesting quotes and interview the
speaker asking further questions around the topics higlighted in the
quotes. Mount audio files and you get a BBC-like report relatively
easily.  ;)
