Yes, I already started thinking that way, but ran into a roadblock: I went through bugzilla pretty thoroughly last night but could not find any category set up for branding and similar administrative issues. So unless someone can point out something I missed, I am inclined to create a bug against bugzilla itself to add such a high-level category. The closest current category addresses wiki and other web issues, but that's not at the proper level to address actual policy. So unless anyone objects I will use bugzilla to propose a new administrative category. Thoughts? Ibrahim?
