I think she meant that the conference committee should help define the guidelines for holding a local summit. We might want to have some kind of approval process for the summits and networks to help make sure that each summit knows about the guidelines for naming, etc. Having an approval process might also prevent the current situation with the conflicting events in a single region (MeeGo Summit Finland / Oulu). What do people think about getting the summits approved by some kind of summit committee or events committee to avoid conflicts?
