Hi The package is not missing. There's a bug in the zypper backend so it doesn't see the noarch packages. You can work around the issue by setting the arch temporatiry to noarch in /etc/zypp/zypp.conf (it's the last line in the file). After that install the base icons, change the arch back and install the components.
