Gary Birkett (lcuk), before his passing, had put together this

Now, down to practicalities - The proposal calls for a preliminary 3

Hence, we'd like the members of the community surrounding CE to
nominate people (by responding to this mailing list post) you'd like
to see in this steering group along with descriptions of their merit
and contributions to the project.
Based on the received nominations, we'll evaluate who has the merit
and contributions to be in the steering group and this will be the
initial steering group. The goal is to present the new steering group
members at the Reigniting MeeGo session after openmind.fi on the 28th
of this month, so it's fairly short notice - so please send your
nominations as soon as possible :)
