Patches for the Intel MID IFX protocol and controller drivers (v2)
- rerolled to address review comments.
This is a 5-part patchset.
the items addressed are as follows
0001-need-to-clear-cur_msg-in-giveback-so-ssp_int-can.patch
RRG: w/o this fix the controller driver may erroneously believe that
I/O is pending and debug code during module unload may call the
interrupt handler and follow interrupt-driven I/O code path
to its detrement
0002-used-id_table-method-to-register-for-multiple-modems.patch
RRG: addressing review comments from previous patch
0003-Added-ioctl-to-perform-modem-reset-under-application.patch
RRG: providing an ioctl to perform modem reset under application control.
The same stuff happens as w/ sailent reset e.g. TTYs are hung up
0004-addressed-fixme-re-mrdy_set_high-low-parameters.patch
RRG: FIXME fix for inline function parameters
0005-replaced-some-defines-w-enums-and-made-module-param.patch
RRG: minor fixes for readability and debuggability
