linux-2.6-mid-ref
- Now rebased on 2.6.37rc8
- Merged most of backlog
As far as I am aware the outstanding bits for merge review are the
updated B0 firmware flashing code and the n_gsm network interface
resubmission. 2.6.37 should be very very soon now, and the tree will
rebase to that as soon as it comes out.

- small fixes made Linus tree
- GSM mux small fixes are in -next
- alternative tc35894xbg keypad support is now in -next
- various bits dropped out as Feng has pushed some stuff
upstream while I was away
