Hi,

After I switch from the i2c-intel-mid.c to i2c-designware-* driver,
the i2c controller is blocking the system from entering S3 on
Oaktrail. See if any hints here, thanks.

During boot up, it says controller timed out..:

  [    9.236134] i2c-designware-pci 0000:09:14.0: controller timed out

I don't know the reason yet. and then after boot finished, when I try
to put the system to S3 by "echo mem > /sys/power/state", it failed.

  [   55.077016] i2c-designware-pci 0000:09:14.0: pci_set_power_state failed
  [   55.077060] pci_legacy_suspend(): i2c_dw_pci_suspend+0x0/0x54 returns -5
  [   55.077074] pm_op(): pci_pm_suspend+0x0/0xd0 returns -5
  [ 55.077084] PM: Device 0000:09:14.0 failed to suspend async: error -5

Don't know if this happens on other platform or not. Any hints?

BTW, I tried both the 10 patches series (V1) and the 13 patches series
(V2), neither works.

Thanks,
