We are using Meego 1.2, which includes Linux 2.6.37. for Intel Moorestown (MRST) which is IA32. We have built the Linux kernel with KGDB on. But it was not working. That means the board was booting normally, instaed of waiting for the handshake from Linux Host set-up. Starting the debug session After booting the target instead of waiting for the host development machine to connect, by displaying the message :- Waiting for connection from remote gdb... The target board just boots-up as usual with normal meego image flashed in. This is not the correct behavior. I guess default meego kernel doesn't include kgdb support. So you need to recompile it with kgdb support. Apart from that there is nothing meego specific in using kgdb ;) Cheers, Ameya.
