those deps seem to be only for one directory that is created
IIRC, when you change the locale of your device,
xdg-user-dirs-gtk(-update) is supposed to rename the well known XDG
directories depending on your locale (the -gtk is there because it pops
up a dialog asking you if you want to rename them.
I meant a directory provided by xorg-x11-xinit
