1.1 was branched today (Wed.) and the 1.1 release will come out of the

All changes to 1.1 have to be approved and need to provide a bugzilla number
and exact details about the issues being addressed. In general, 1.1 bug fixes
should also be submitted to the Trunk unless the code base has changed and a
bug in Trunk would require different patch or fix.

The correct way to submit fixes to 1.1 is to branch from the corresponding
MeeGo:1.1:*:Testing projects and submit to MeeGo:1.1:*:Testing when ready,
example:

You need first to take care of getting an approval for the fix using bugzilla.

osc branch -c MeeGo:1.1:Core:Testing zsh -m "fixing a bug"

MeeGo:1.1:Handset:Testing has no packages, but I have a approved blocker that I want to fix. Is this still a work in progress? What am I supposed to do in this case?

Cheers
