no, because MeeGo uses zypper :)
but basically, yes, if you have the MeeGo community OSB repo files
installed, this would work
note that it would be unrealistic to assume that many "closed" devices
will ship with that repo enabled
(where "closed" are things where an operator or device vendor wants to
have control over the device, for example because they subsidized it)
