No, we leave that to git history. On the other hand, on the git branch
containing the debian packaging files (used for Maemo6) we have a debian
changelog file which highlights the major changes.
And we'd better to have a summary of what's new in a new version in Changes
file.
You mean libaccounts-glib.changes file, or another one?
In any case, I suppose I could copy the headlines from debian/changelog into
that file, too. I didn't do that because I didn't see it happened for the
previous releases of the package, but I indeed see some value in doing that.
