Got it.

I noticed that the "meego-rpm-config" package has removed some kernel
related macros and put everything into the kernel package.

There may be some MeeGo end-users fix some driver problem on their machines
and try to find someway to contribute their work.
So the Community OBS not allow users to build out-of-tree (either free or
non-oss) kernel modules right? The only way to provide additional modules is
to patch the kernel package. Or maybe put their module package in a
third-party repository.

How about giving some tools like module-assistant to download and build
modules automatically?
Is these kind of packaging policy listing somewhere?

Thanks again for help :)
