I really suggest adding hw detection ASAP to avoid image fork or break iCDK. I 
see again something like policy-settings-basic-ncdk, like sensorfw-config-ncdk. 
Please let ohmd/libres to load platform specific configuration with auto 
detection. We have nCDK/iCDK with single image.
