Hi,
Since we now have all packages consolidated in 2 projects (Trunk and
Trunk:non-oss) we really need to close on the ownership of the packages. The
majority of the packages already have an owner (>50%) but we still missing many
and your action is required. Please follow the steps below to see what packages
are assigned to you and how to take ownership of unowned packages:
1) To see what packages are assigned to you (as bugowner), try the following
command:
# osc my pkg -b | grep Trunk
this should list all packages where you are set the bugowner. If the list
reveals packages you are not familiar with, then please let us know and if
possible tell us who should be the real bug owner.
2) To add yourself as a bugowner, please do the following:
osc reqms -r bugowner Trunk <package> -m "I am responsible for this package"
Note that the "-r bugowner" is needed here and that multiple people can be
added as bugowners.
This requires a recent version of osc, make sure you have 0.130.1 or higher..
