OK, there was one header file missing that is needed for
pulseaudio-modules-nokia to build.
pulseaudio-modules-nokia has been patched, tested (music and calls) and
change submitted. It will go through nokia-internal OBS around 9-12 AM
GMT+00.
But it still need this.
