oh snap... i forget that we had that awful workaround in
meego-ux-settings where we installed the tzdata expected by timed. Just
another one of those attempts to try and have Timed almost-kida-sorta work.
If these files are finally getting packaged then we should just remove
the hack from meego-ux-settings.
