Hi,
I've seen already couple of messages about people saying that use the
latest upstream instead of patching the old package. So currently is it
recommended to take the latest upstream version to MeeGo 1.3 while the
intrusive changes period is on so that we would get "the latest and the
greatest" to MeeGo 1.3 or is this upgrade only for certain packages?
Also the process how to do so properly should be announce, e.g., do you
need FEA/BMC number for the upgrade?
If this is for all packages it should be announced clearly so people
would just upgrade to the latest version in the very beginning of MeeGo
1.3 so we would have more time to fix the possible regressions/compile
errors.
