OK, I have removed libXinerama from devel:browser project
And I also make the patch to comment the code about Xinerama in chromium.

If Chromium can't possibly use Xinerama, then allowing it to link against a 
library that can't possibly ever function is an issue.  I strongly recommend 
either:

1. Use a configuration option to disable Xinerama support during Chromium build 
if such an option exists.

2. If it doesn't exist, we should patch out the need for it.
