The new version has new features and bug fixes.

But I don't see any explicit requirement for this version so far. So we have 
the choice of updating it or not.
We could suspend it until it is required surely. But at that time, we still has 
the risk and maybe little time is left to stabilize it. That is why I choose to 
update it.
