There are corporate bug databases where issues related to customer, vendor or corporate IP get filed. This avoids those "can't access that bug" problems. Sometimes issues reported against a proprietary application get root caused to open source components. When that happens a bug shall be filed in bugs.meego.com, and submit request shall reference the bugs.meego.com id. But sometimes developers/maintainers get confused about which bug database they are working out of because they look very similar. Their mistakes surface as incorrect issue id references. I've seen at least 3 of these mistakes in the last week or so.
