The "Requires: syncevolution-webdav" was necessary to prevent installing the services which depend on it without that backend. That was a problem that was seen in the wild with the previous packaging. I added the explicit "Requires: syncevolution" because I wanted to document that the other services work with the core SyncEvolution alone. I also wasn't aware that this was added automatically by spectacle. Why is that? These are plain text files which might work perfectly fine without the main package being installed. spectacle can't know that.
