Hi,

A modest proposal - have a MeeGo-style IRC meeting! :)

We have an existing IRC meeting infrastructure in place in
#meego-meeting and this will enable you to have logged meetings with
proper automatic meeting minutes that you can easily link in your wiki
(as well as a public record of the project meetings during time).

Examples can be seen here:

http://trac.tspre.org/meetbot/meego-meeting/2010/meego-meeting.2010-11-02-18.59.html
Full logs at
http://trac.tspre.org/meetbot/meego-meeting/2010/meego-meeting.2010-11-02-18.59.log.html

To have a MeeGo meeting:

* Sign up your meeting on
http://wiki.meego.com/MeeGo-Meeting_IRC_Schedule - this enables the
world to see we're actually having public meetings and when.

* Read http://wiki.meego.com/IRC_guidelines#IRC_Meeting_Guidelines for
tips and tricks how to have a proper IRC meeting

* Use the meetbot - tip number 1, type '#startmeeting' in
#meego-meeting and the meeting is started. Further instructions can be
seen at http://meetbot.debian.net/Manual.html

Hope that helps getting you started!
