Hello Elva, The chapters you are suggesting makes sense. Revision history and Glossary are logical parts of document control. And risks identification and analysis is a good item always to be documented. So I second this.
And if there is no objections - let's say within this week - I suppose you can go and add these chapters to the wiki. Of course this again is my humble opinion and others might have different ones ...
