I did specifically request this.

The real names in the contact section are mostly for escalation. Since this 
triage account is tied to a team, rather than an individual, I think it's 
important 
to have a real person identified as responsible for it in case we need to 
contact
someone. For most teams in MeeGo, we have people listed as contacts for 
key functions, so this is consistent with how we operate other teams as well.
