Dear Steven, Thanks for the great software. I have questions on the nonlinear things in meep. As I understand, all the unit in meep is normalized somehow. So, what unit is for Kerr and E (or H) field?
To make myself clear, here is an example: eps = eps_0 + Kerr*abs(E^2) when I give Kerr = 10^-10, and set Hz 's amplitude = 10^5 I might do nonlinear simulation, right? What is the unit for Kerr and Hz 's amplitude? And how to set the amplitude for E? What are the meaning of these numbers? Thank you very much.
