I am in the process of installing Meep on RedHat Linux 9.I got a similar
problem with Doug.
When I try to run ./configure for ibctl-3.0, I get the following error
message:
checking for guile-config... yes
checking if linking to guile works... no
configure: error: Guile could not be found
Before that I have untared guile-devel-1.6.7-1.tar.bz2 and copied them to
"/usr"
when I try to run ./configure for meep-0.9,I get another error message:
checking for guile-config... yes
checking if linking to guile works... no
configure: error: guile-config is broken
