This is probably a pretty simple question--I'm trying to run Meep on a little cluster consisting of one "master" computer that has all the software installed, and a single node with Linux running from a boot CD. I have the two talking with SSH and NFS but the problem is that Meep seems to look for the executable and all the relevant libraries to be installed locally on the node. I thought it only had to be able to see the .ctl file. Any idea how I can set this up so that I don't need to do a full Linux/Meep install on all the nodes?
