Dear Steven,

The meep in our cluster has just been changed to version 0.10.
The simulation goes well when only one computer is used. However, when
meep-mpi is used, some errors will appear when the simulation reaches
the step of field output. The program will cease, as no output
information is given from then on. But the task still exists in the
system. Sometimes when the simulation reaches the output step, the
meep-mpi program will exit and the following error information is
shown:
meep: error on line 494 of h5file.cpp: file data is inconsistent size
for subsequent processor
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
One of the processes started by mpirun has exited with a nonzero exit
code. This typically indicates that the process finished in error.
If your process did not finish in error, be sure to include a "return
0" or "exit(0)" in your C code before exiting the application.

PID 3311 failed on node n2 (10.71.103.243) with exit status 1.

What's the matter? Thanks for your help!

Best regards.
Your sincerely,
Opthan
