Remove the output-epsilon command from your .ctl file, to see if it is a
problem with the HDF5 output.
If that fixes the problem, probably you need to recompile and reinstall
HDF5 with MPI parallel-I/O enabled. (And then reconfigure, recompile, and
reinstall Meep.)
