I have installed Meep 0.10 on the cluster successfully. However, at the "make" step, the following content repeated many times, almost persisted several minutes. The phenomenon did not appear on other computer. Is there something wrong, could it calculate correctly?
If it is running config.status over and over, for several minutes, then there is probably a problem with your filesystem.
e.g. if you have a network filesystem and your timestamps are not correct, then "make" will get confused because it will keep thinking that the files are out of date and need to be rebuilt.
