I use "Negative" dielectric constant it can calculation, and no error,But the

Who know how to use the Negative dielectric constant in my structure?
Negative dielectric constants are fine in Meep; the restriction that they
must be positive is only for MPB. However, currently they interact badly
with the subpixel averaging, so you need to turn this off if you use
negative epsilons:
(set! eps-averaging? false)
This should be fixed in the next release.
