Dear Steven,

i do need to have the possability to change the permeability constant
mu other than unity in meep, but you said that it was easy to hack for
a scalar mu, how to implement that in meep?

where is the "core" program file and function to find out in meep? it
is not so easy for me as a newbie user, if in the future i need to
bring the material dispersion relation into consideration.

Best Regards,

We'd like to include mu at some point, for various reasons. It would
be pretty easy to >hack in support for a scalar mu. To simulate
realistic negative-refractive materials, >however, you really need to
include material dispersion in the mu as well as in epsilon, >and that
would be more work.

Are there plans to implement the full Maxwell equations in Meep?
Both negative epsilon >>and negative mu are required to simulate
materials with a negative refractive index.
