Actually I meant position vectors and I have mistaken the notation for harminv's pt as k-points. My bad. My above work is to find out the LDOS and DOS of a 2D photonic crystal. I am nowhere in completion and I like to seek your kind advice. 1) Excite a short impulse source inside the photonic crystal; 2) At a pt position, perform harminv to the the fourier transform of the response; 3) Record the imaginery of the amplitude of current (Hz, Hx, Hy, Ez, Ex, Ey); 4) (2) and (3) produces LDOS; 5) Repeat (2) and (3) at other points.
