Dear Pascual,
I'm running the simulation on a single computer which has a dual core
processor. Since I'm launching two instances of the program, it asks me
the computer's password. /etc/mpich/machines.LINUX has a single line
which says "localhost". Does that help?

Dear Uday,
Please check your rsh program. If your rsh program is a symbolic link of
ssh, you have to generate a authorizing key using ssh-keygen. And your
rsh program is pure rlogin tool, you have to generate .rhosts file at your
home directory. Read the man page of rsh or ssh.
One more, /etc/mpich/machines.LINUX file has two line which says "localhost"
list
localhost
localhost
or, (maybe)
localhost cpu=2
Check it please.
