Hi, Steven and other MEEP users I want to use MEEP to calculate the transmission and reflection spectrum of photonic crystal waveguide. The CTL file I wrote is attached. As the tutorial shows, I run the file twice. The I used MATLAB to plot the result which is attached also. However, the reflection spectrum is larger than 1. Where is wrong?
