Hi Steven and Meep users,
The following structure has a larger glass substrate.
The height of the substrate is nearly infinity
campared with the SiO2 layer or GaAs layer. To
calculate the transmission spectrum, how should we set
the height of the substrate, the source position and
the position of the observation plane?
