Hi, Steven and Meep users:
I found out when meep was producing h5 files, e.g., which size were
52MB, it barely used CPU and sometimes just used 1% of CPU.
Therefore it took long time(more 30 mins each h5 file) to output files.
The CPU is 4.3GHz and 64-bit environment with 16GB RAM.
The version of meep I used is 0.10.1. and version of h5utils is 1.10.1 and
hdf5 is 1.6.5. (I guess since I am not the one
to install meep)
I also used mpi-meep.
Is there any problem to cause this?
