I am using kubuntu gutsy on intel32 machine. I have installed meep on my
computer. This works fine for 3r harmonic .ctl from examples however, it fails
for all other files in meep examples and gives error:
HDF5-DIAG: Error detected in HDF5 library version: 1.6.5 thread 3067946688.

Could you please help me with this problem? I thank you in anticipation of a
quick reply. I need to use meep urgently for my project.
