2*pi*c/a, the same as omega. This way you can just take the dispersion
formula in:
http://ab-initio.mit.edu/wiki/index.php/Dielectric_materials_in_Meep#Material_dispersion
and plug in your frequency and other parameters in Meep units and it will
give you the right value of epsilon.
