Hi,Thanks for the reply, the failure seems to occur in the h5test. I've run a couple of simulations on a known working Linux version and the Mac version. The output from h5topng is different for the same ctl file. I've attached the output from the OS X version and as you can see there seems to be some random or misplaced pixels near the base of the structure which don't occur in the Linux build. Has anyone seen this issue before?
PS: I'm using version 1.6.6 of HDF5 and make check completes successfully for this software.
